Thai Fish Cake Complete Meal KETO
A traditional Thai Fish Cake Recipe. This recipe was from the first Thai restaurant l worked in almost 30yrs ago. The chef knew l enjoyed watching him cook and was good enough to share his family recipe with me. It is a little spicy and comes with our Eat Real Complete Meal. Roast Pumpkin & Keto Friendly Steamed veggies.
Ingredients
White fish, Pumpkin, Cauliflower, White Cabbage, Broccoli, Green Beans, Fish Sauce (GF), Red curry paste, Lemon Juice, Extra virgin olive oil, Fresh Garlic, Coriander (Fresh), Himalayan Salt, Kaffir Lime Leaf.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
