FROZEN: Black Bean Chicken with Steam Rice FODMAP
One of our favourite dishes of any Chinese house hold, but this time made with Chicken. Every family has their own style of cooking this national dish. At Eat Real we only use Gluten Free ingredients and 100% black bean. We can't wait for you to try it. *No red capsicum in FODMAP*
Ingredients
Chicken breast, Rice, Soy Sauce (Gluten Free), Tapioca Flour, Soy beans, Capsicum, Shallots, Sake, Sesame Oil, Sesame Seeds, Maple Syrup, Himalayan Salt, Ground Black pepper, Dried Chilli, Ginger.
Preparation and storage notes
For fresh meals remove the lid slightly and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. When frozen it is recommended to defrost the meal first before heating. Time will vary depending on microwave.
