Fish Mornay Gratin - FROZEN DOWN
Deliciously creamy with a hint of citrus and a crunchy breadcrumb and parmesan topping, this dish is an old favourite and is a great way to show off our local fish on the coast!

Ingredients
Bechamel Sauce (Milk, Flour, Butter), Ling, Gummy Shark, Tasty cheese, Mushroom, Lemon juice, Breadcrumbs, Ground parmesan, Spring onion, Parsley, fresh dill.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove lid. Bake at 180c for 20-25 min until golden on top. Or heat on high for 3-4 min or until heated through.
