Preparation and storage notes

Single Serving - Pierce film and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot. Microwave for further 2-3 minutes if frozen.
Double- pierce film and microwave for 3 - 5 mins until piping hot. Rice can be heated by piercing the film and microwaving for 2 - 3 mins until piping hot.
