Easter Menu 2025
Our special Easter menu designed to ease the load over the holidays! With school holidays, friends, and family visiting, we've curated this year's menu to provide delicious solutions for Easter lunch or dinner, snacks, and desserts. Our menu features share-style meals and last-minute drop-in solutions with a range of bakes and pies. Whether you're hosting at home or heading away for the Easter break, our meals are perfect for caravans, campsites, and holiday homes.
Bakes & Pies (Serves 2-4)
It is the ultimate comfort food made with chunky pieces of fish, prawns, leeks, peas, and aromatic fresh herbs in a creamy white wine and dill sauce, topped with fluffy mashed potatoes . Pre-baked, all you need to do is remove the film and heat for 20 – 30 minutes fresh or 60-70 minutes from frozen. The smaller size is a generous single serving or a comfortable two person with an added side dish. The large is now in our new larger size and a very generous four person or a comfortable six.
Indulge in the rich flavours of our succulent Beef Bourguignon, a classic French dish elevated to perfection. Our tender beef is slow-cooked to perfection in a savoury red wine sauce with aromatic herbs and pearl onions, creating a melt-in-your-mouth experience with every bite. We've topped our beef bourguignon with Creamy Mash creating a gourmet pie. For the first time we're offering individual and family servings of this popular dish.
We're fairly sure that one of life’s greatest pleasures is lasagne. The combination of rich, tomato and beef bolognaise layered with pasta sheets, homemade bechamel and gooey, melt-in-the-mouth mozzarella is our idea of a good time. The reason it tastes so good is that it takes time and love to make it. We promise you a lasagne that tastes amazing, with none of the efforts.
Pre-heat oven to 160c. Remove plastic lid and place on a baking sheet in the oven. Heat for 20- 30 mins if defrosted or 40 - 50 mins from frozen. Alternatively microwave for 8 - 12 mins. Ensure pie is piping hot at centre.

This whole or half belly of pork is expertly seasoned and stuffed with a fragrant blend of orange, fennel, and rosemary. Delivered ready to warm through in the oven, simply heat and stir the pouch of Apple and Vanilla Agra dolce Sauce until warmed through, then serve and indulge in this festive delight Agrodolce is an Italian sauce known for its sweet and sour flavour profile. The name "agrodolce" comes from the Italian words "agro" (sour) and "dolce" (sweet) and it's the perfect flavour partner for this dish.
