Foie Gras

Foie Gras is a traditional French pate made using the liver of geese. It is exceptionally smooth in texture and is a magnificent accompaniment to cold Champagne and little toasts. We have secured some small jars imported from France. Traditionally our family serves this as an Hors D'Oeuvres on Christmas Day. A little goes a long way.
