Paneer Korma

You know we love our curries due to my mother's Mauritian heritage. This wonderful vegetarian option is simply delicious and pairs beautifully with our coconut rice. Paneer ( type of Indian cheese) is cooked with onion, ginger, garlic, cardamom, almonds, vegetable stock, korma spices and finished off with spinach and greek yoghurt. A wonderful vegetarian option to chase the Winter blues away. So flavoursome!
