Chocolate Covered Prune Cake with a dash of coffee

Winter is on it's way and what better way to wash down your beautiful C Si Bon meal with a dessert that is luxurious in texture and flavour. We have steeped prunes in maple syrup and blitzed them to make the moistest part of the cake without too much sugar. Add to this cocao, vanilla, gf flour, coconut and you have a dessert that you could serve to any guest and they would love it (or just have it yourself!)
