Salmon with Butter Beans

Salmon is pan fried and set to one side. To the same pan we add leeks, celery, butter beans, a touch of cream and some herbs. We then add the salmon back to the pan to slowly cook with the vegetables until al dente. So delicious! Pair with Herby Peas or Ratatouille.
