Brown rice, Lentils, Coconut, cream, -Apple, pink lady, unpeeled, raw, -Carrot, -Celery, raw, -Onion, -Tomato, -Potato, chat, -Coriander, Stock "Chicken" - Vegan, Ginger, Spices, Mustard, curry powder, -Garlic, Black pepper, -Chilli.
Preparation and storage notes
Heat in microwave for 3 minutes. Stir. Heat for 2 more minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Contents will be hot.
