Beetroot, Pumpkin & Feta Salad
Roasted Jap pumpkin, balsamic beetroot tossed with marinated Parisian Feta, pepita seeds, lentils & baby spinach leaves with a balsamic vinaigrette. This one requires some assembly. We'll have everything cut, cooked, & packaged. The feta will be in the olive oil for the dressing. The balsamic from the vinaigrette will be separate & will combine nicely when you're ready to eat. As always ~ Gluten Free

-Pumpkin, Jap, -Beetroot, peeled, raw, Lentils, -Spinach, baby, fresh, raw, Cheese (Feta), Vinegar, balsamic, Pumpkin seed - Pepita, Seed, sunflower, Salt, Black pepper, Extra virgin olive oil.
