You've probably had our smashed chats from our family meals range but if you haven't: We simmer the potatoes with the herbs to infuse them all the way through. We then smash, drizzle, season, & roast. Perfection: ready for you to reheat & eat! Chef's Tip: Toss them with grated Parmesan to make the viral crispy Parmesan potatoes! As always ~ Gluten Free
Ingredients
-Potato, chat, Salt, Extra virgin olive oil, -thyme, -Garlic, -Rosemary, Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated. Can be eaten cold. For reheating: cover with foil and place in 150C oven for 25-30 minutes. Consume by Wednesday 27th December.
