Ready to Heat & Eat! Seasoned with a juniper-sage rub & basted with a cherry & balsamic glaze making for a sticky sweet-savoury pork belly. Don't expect this one to be crispy skinned as the glaze will be all over it but tender, sticky & delicious. With 200g serves per person, you can easily halve the portions to serve 20 with other main options. As always ~ Gluten Free
Ingredients
- Cherries, Pork belly, Vinegar, balsamic, Shallots, Salt, Stock "Chicken" - Vegan, -sage, Black pepper, Juniper.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated. Can be carved and eaten. For reheating: cover with foil and place in 150C oven for 35-45 minutes. Consume by Wednesday 27th December.
