Chickpea, Tomato, Carrot, Capsicum (Red), Coconut Yoghurt, Spices, Coriander, Ginger, fresh, Chilli, Long Red

Preparation and storage notes

Place containers in microwave. Heat for 2 minutes. Stir. Heat for 2 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Consume within 3 days or freeze immediately. Defrost in fridge overnight before heating.
