Beef
Beef Madras is known for its red colour; toasty spices; the sour-sweet fruitiness and mostly importantly fall apart tender beef. On the spicier side, great with yoghurt. 650g, serves two adults, great with rice and naan.
This fusion of Thai and Indian styles creates a curry that packs a tasty punch. Using a Thai-style red curry paste alongside dry whole spices creates a tasty base that is layered simply with beef and potatoes. Serve with Rice and Yoghurt.
A rich Malaysian Beef Curry. Spicy, rich and creamy, it is made with beef, spices and coconut milk. Wonderful over coconut rice.
This is not going to be a traditional version of Bulgogi, this is very much going to be a CotC version of Bulgogi. However, it will have all of the beefy, smoky, mildly sweet & full bodied flavours of a traditional Bulgogi

This creamy bacon and parmesan sauce is the ultimate comfort food. Whilst the use of bacon and cream as an accompaniment in Italian cuisine goes back to the Romans, this modern incarnation adds some seasoned depth. Best served with pasta and topped with parmesan cheese. 500g serves 2 adults
This is a single serve of my Bolognese sauce with spaghetti. No Cheese, sorry Parmesan lovers, I'm keeping this dairy free. Perfect to take to work for a tasty heat and eat lunch.

Creamy, cheesy and the perfect base for so many meals, our Polenta & Parmesan Mash is a twist on the traditional mash base. Goes brilliantly with braised meat dishes. 375g (serves 2 adults)
Macaroni and cheese is the classic comfort food made from elbow macaroni pasta and a creamy cheese sauce. Our Mac & Cheese is made from a combination of cheddar, gruyere, mozzarella, parmesan and Colby cheeses and topped with a crumb crust. Served as a side or main dish. 650g (two main serves or 4 side serves)

Back when I was a baby chef and working for a Michelin Star chef I learned all about the world's best cheesecake so here it is.
An American classic. Our Pecan Pie has glorious nutty pecans, and a caramely-custdy filling. Traditional served at Thanksgiving, this is the CotC version perfect any time of year! 2 slice pack.
This is a CotC interpretation of the blueberry cheesecake by Darren McGrady. A former Royal Chef. This is blend of cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and cream cheese for the perfect tangy twist. Topped with a luscious blueberry glaze, it's a creamy and refreshing dessert that's as satisfying as it is indulgent.
