Generally, yes! We deliver our meals in insulated chiller bags that will keep your food frozen for up to three hours.
However, there are some exceptions. If there’s a risk of theft—such as orders left on the street—or if access is restricted (e.g., secure apartment buildings or locked front gates), we won’t leave your delivery unattended. In these cases, your order will be returned to the kitchen, and we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
To avoid any issues, please ensure we can access your property during the delivery window.

Being the parent of a child with allergies I understand how important it is to manage the allergy risk. We list all of our ingredients with each dish and highlight the allergy ingredients in bold. I have undertaken additional training in allergy food safety. Whilst we are very careful to avoid cross contamination, we do cook in a kitchen that contains wheat, egg, dairy, nuts, and other allergen ingredients. If you are in any doubt, please ask. We are also happy to take special orders for allergy safe alternatives where capacity allows.
