Tomatoes are the base for so many Italian dishes. This classic recipe is high on tomato and herb flavours and is fabulous on gnocchi or fresh pasta.

Tomatoes, Onion, Carrots, White wine, Oilve oil, Garlic, Salt.
Preparation and storage notes
Use w/in 4 days of defrosting. Loosen lid, and microwave for 6 minutes in microwave stirring every 2 minutes. From frozen, defrost in microwave, transfer to pan, heat until simmering. Serve with mash, pasta & parmesan.
