Butter Chicken
An Australian fine dining take on the traditional Indian classic chicken dish. Great with Rice and Roti.
Ingredients
Chicken stock, Tomatoes, Onion, Carrots, Cream, Yoghurt, Lemon, Canola oil, Tomato paste, Garam masala, Tomato sauce, Ginger, Coriander, Turmeric, Mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Salt, Pepper, Chilli powder, Vegeta, Apple cider vinegar, Chicken thighs, Sriracha sauce, Chicken stock reduction, Kasuri Methi.
Preparation and storage notes
Use w/in 4 days of defrosting. Loosen the lid, microwave for 3 minutes, and stir. Microwave for further 3 minutes. Cooking time will vary depending on the microwave.
