Beef Bourguignon
Beef, red wine, mushrooms, potatoes, carrots and shallots need I say more? This French classic is super tasty and warming, and best served with mash and maybe some crusty bread to mop up the last of the sauce. Serves 2 adults, 650g

Beef chuck, Chicken stock, Red wine, Carrots, Potatoes, Mushrooms, Port wine, Onion, Seasoning, Roast Beef Flavor 622, Bay leaves, Thyme, Peppercorn, Garlic, Parsley stalks.
Preparation and storage notes
Use within 4 days of defrosting Cooking Instructions: Loosen lid, microwave for 3 minutes, stir, and microwave for further 3 minutes. Cooking time will vary depending on microwave. Serve w/ pasta or mashed potato.
