Beef Rendang
A rich Malaysian Beef Curry. Spicy, rich and creamy, it is made with beef, spices and coconut milk. Wonderful over coconut rice.
Ingredients
Vegetables - Beef Rendang (Sauce, Beef, Roasted sweet potato, Onion), Beef Rendang Stock (Beef chuck, Chicken stock, Canola oil, Roast Beef Flavor 622, Seasoning, Lemongrass, Ginger, Galangal), Curry Sauce - Beef Rendang (Coconut cream, Dessicated coconut, Brown sugar, Salt, Sriracha sauce, Vegeta, Worcestershire sauce, Cinnamon stick, Lemon juice, Tomato sauce, Mustard, Pepper, Star anise, Canola oil, Ground cloves), Spice Mix (Onion, Lemongrass, Garlic, Canola oil, Ginger, Galangal, Tamarind paste, Dried chilli, Kaffir lime leaves).
Preparation and storage notes
Loosen the lid, microwave for 3 minutes, and stir. Cooking time will vary depending on the microwave.
