Bolognese Sauce
Bolognese Sauce is a classic hearty beef ragout from Bologna. Our version stays true to the original, having a gutsy full flavour of beef and tomato, with fragrant Italian herbs.
Ingredients
Beef mince, Tomatoes, Beef stock, Red wine, Onion, Rashers bacon, Carrots, Olive oil, Celery, Tomato paste, Lemon, Brown sugar, Garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Salt, Mustard, Lemon juice, Roast Beef Flavor 622, Bay leaves, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Use within 4 days of defrosting. Microwave heat from frozen, loosen the lid,6 minutes in the microwave stirring every 2 minutes. Serve with pasta and parmesan.
