Preparation and storage notes

HEATING: Microwave sealed pack on HIGH 2 mins, shake, then heat 1–2 mins until piping hot. Open carefully. Oven: Remove from container, place in an oven‑safe dish, reheat until hot. ALLERGENS: Made on equipment that processes nuts, milk, gluten cereals, eggs, fish, crustacea, soy, sesame, lupin. STORAGE: Keep refrigerated; use within 5 days. Freeze 4 months; once defrosted, use in 5 days.
