Founded in Brisbane in 2000 by Jamie Whitlock, Brubecks Boutique Foods was born from a simple vision: to create honest, handmade food that people could proudly share with friends and family. Guided by our motto “Simple food, done well."

From humble beginnings in Brisbane producing small batches of dips, pesto's and preserves, Brubecks has grown into one of Queensland's most trusted ready-made meal producers while remaining committed to quality ingredients, handcrafted preparation and exceptional flavour.

Today, Brubecks prepares thousands of fresh meals each week from its purpose-built kitchen in Murarrie. Every meal is made in small batches, crafted by experienced chefs and delivered fresh and chilled rather than frozen to maximise freshness, flavour and quality. The menu spans comforting classics, internationally inspired dishes, gourmet pizzas, fresh salads and wholesome soups, and desserts, giving customers plenty of variety without compromising on quality.

Cookaborough manages the ordering experience for funded clients, providing a simple, streamlined way to access Brubecks' extensive range while ensuring meals can be purchased through eligible NDIS and Support at Home funding arrangements.
