Homemade Coconut Milk, Beef cheek, Apple eggplant, Coriander root, Fish sauce, Homemade Coconut Cream, Palm sugar, Pea eggplant, Shrimp paste, Shallots - red, Garlic, Thai basil, Chilli - birdseye, Chilli - long green, Lemongrass, Turmeric, Galangal, Sichuan Pepper, Coriander seed, Cumin seeds, Kaffir lime leaves, Cardamom, Peppercorn.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove Thai basil before heating. Heat contents for 2-3 minutes in microwave or in saucepan until warmed through. Garnish with Thai basil.
