If you leave a note in the comments, we'll try to deliver at a time that you're home - as a backup, we suggest leaving out a freezer bag with ice-packs.
It depends on the style of curry - we endeavour to stay true to the way dishes are served in Thailand. Some are mild, while others use a lot of chilli. We'll let you know the level of heat in the dish description. We also choose the side dishes and salads to combat the heat from the chilli.

Yes. We'll offer at least one vegan main with each menu. Our salads can be made vegan on request - just leave a note when placing the order.

Our main dishes are designed to serve one person comfortably, maybe with a small amount of leftovers.
We prepare all our sauces and paste in-house using fresh ingredients. We make our own coconut milk/cream and tamarind paste. We use quality cuts of meat and select spices to complement our meat choice, rather than a 'one size fits all approach'.

It happens. We test all our dishes before they get to you and despite every effort, sometimes things can go wrong, mistakes are made and oversights happen.
