Preparation and storage notes

Leave it out of the fridge to rest for 40 minutes. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. transfer onto a baking tray and heat for approximately 25 minutes. Turn down the oven to 170 degrees and cook for another 5-10 minutes until warmed through & the crackling is crispy.
