If you'd like to order meals using your Support at Home funding, start your application below.

Provide your details and we'll manage the approval with your Care Provider. We'll notify you once you've been approved.

2. Order your meals

As soon as you've been approved you can view our menus and start ordering meals online or via phone if preferred.

3. Meals to your door

Your meals will be delivered at the scheduled time with clear instructions on how to prepare and store the meals.

More about Support at Home

Support at Home (SaH) is a Government Program that enables eligible Senior Australians the ability to access funds to stay at home for longer. A key part of SaH is that these customers are only required to pay 30% of the cost of the meal upfront.

How do I know if I am eligible for Support at Home?

Eligibility is based on your care needs as determined through an assessment. You must also be an older person who needs coordinated services to help them stay at home. Find out more about assessment at My Aged Care.

If I am eligible, how much do I need to pay?

If eligible, your Support at Home funding could cover up to 70% of your meal costs.

Which Support at Home providers do we work with?

We use a platform called Cookaborough to connect with many different Care Providers. If we are not already connected to your Care Provider, Cookaborough will work to establish this connection for you.
