Fresh meals will last for up to 4 days in the fridge from the day of delivery, or up to 2 weeks in the freezer if frozen upon delivery.
If fresh, heat in the microwave for 1 to 1.5 minutes. Stir through and reheat for longer if required. Best to heat the meal for a shorter time and reheat rather than overcook.
If frozen, heat in the microwave for 3 to 6 minutes. Take out and stir every minute or so to ensure consistency
All your meals are tested and tweaked based on how they taste and hold up when heated in the microwave, so this is our recommended heating method.
As an alternative, you can transfer your meal from the plastic tray into an oven safe dish and heat in the oven, or heat on the stove in a non-stick frying pan.
Please note - our meal containers are microwave safe, but should not be placed in the oven or on the stove.

Sorry, we do not offer self-pick up service so far.
We use fresh ingredients to cook our meals to order every time. Due to this reason to cancel your order or reschedule your delivery date, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to your next delivery day by call the customer service on 0405205210. Unfortunately, any cancellation or reschedule requests made after this time cannot be honoured as your meals will already be prepared. Therefore, you will be charged the full amount of the order.
If you live in a secured apartment complex, please ensure you are home to receive your delivery. If no one is available to collect your delivery please arrange a suitable time with our staff prior to the delivery date.
If the driver is unable to access the apartment, they will have to leave your order at the entrance to the building. Please contact us on 0405 205 210 and speak to our staff to organise the delivery instructions to nominate a safe drop point.
Our chefs take the highest care to keep allergy-prone ingredients out of certain meals. However, they may still be present, as all of our products are produced in the same kitchen. We suggest checking the ingredient list for each meal thoroughly before consumption. Contact Customer Service if you’re still unsure.
Our meals are packed and portioned according to weight, which means the quantity/pieces may vary to the images.
