Half Serve Farmhouse Chicken Parma

Pollo alla parmigiana in Italian, but affectionately known as Parma, Parmi or “a schnitty with tomato sauce and cheese”. Have wanted to put one of these on the menu for ages, but I think now is the time! I hope you love our farmhouse take on the classic, served with mashed potato. Grab a side of veg if you need some extra greens!

Full cream milk, Chicken breast, Salt, Plain flour (Wheat), Garlic, Breadcrumbs (Wheat), Parmesan (Milk), Onion-Brown, White wine, Passata, Vegeta, Mozzarella (Milk), Washed Potato, Butter (Milk), Parsley, Eggs - 700g, Basil-Fresh Bunch, Black pepper, Oregano-Dried, Chilli flakes

CONTAINS: Gluten, Wheat, Egg, Milk.

Preparation and storage notes

Place Parma onto baking tray, drizzle tomato sauce over the top and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake in hot oven until golden and brown. Re-heat mash through microwave for best results.
