Cime di Rapa e Ricotta Cannelloni

We fold our favourite green, Cime di Rapa, with creamy ricotta and roll it into our rich pasta sheets, creating the most delicious cannelloni. We then coat the Cannelloni in creamy besciamella, Rosso Gargano Tomatoes & Grana Padano, and leave you to bake it at home. A glass of Chardonnay or a Soave is strongly recommended.

Preparation and storage notes

FROM FROZEN: Remove lid from Cannelloni. Preheat oven to 60ºc, and bake for 20 minutes before increasing temperature to 180ºc for a further 25-30 minutes.
