These beautiful little pockets of agnolotti are filled with Western Australian King Prawns and firey Calabrese 'Nduja. Serve them simply with a butter sauce, or salsa al pomodoro and enjoy.

Wild ocean caught prawn meat (Crustacean), Durum semolina (Wheat), Egg, White wine, Mussels Water (Mollusc), Chilli, Parsley, Breadcrumbs (Wheat), nduja, Flour (Wheat), Onion, Olive oil, Lemon, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Colatura di Alici (Italian fish sauce)

Preparation and storage notes

STORE IN THE FRIDGE, OR YOU CAN FREEZE. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil, add the agnolotti and maintain a gentle boil for 2-3 minutes, or until your desired level of "al dente" is achieved. Strain, add your choice of sauce and enjoy.
