Some Combinations are just meant to be. Fenugreek and Tomato is one such combination. Mix it with Dhal and slight spices and eat with Ghee and Warm rice, this is what perfect for a winters' night looks like in our house.

Ingredients
Tomato, red split lentil (Masoor Dal), Fenugreek leaves, Onion, Red chilli, Ghee, Garlic, Cumin, Coriander leaf, Mustard seed, Curry leaf.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated, for up to 5 days. Reheat to hot in microwave, stovetop or oven. Freezing is not advised.
