Methi Chicken
Methi means fenugreek leaves. Chicken with a caramalised onion, yogurt and tomato gravy with the fenugreek leaves is a combination that is hard to top. This is the first dish I offered here at Spice Kitchen!

Ingredients
Full cream yoghurt, Chicken thigh fillet, Onion, Fenugreek leaves, Ginger-garlic paste, Garam masala, Tomato puree, Coriander masala, almond meal.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated for up-to 5 days. Reheat in microwave, stovetop or oven. Can be frozen. If frozen, defrost in the microwave for 10-15mins, reheat then serve hot.
