Tandoori Chicken Skewers - frozen
Chicken skewers like no other. Chicken thigh Fillet Double marinated for more than 24 hours. In a Housemade Tandoori paste that is packed full of flavour.
Ingredients
Chicken thigh fillet, Full cream yoghurt, Cumin, Coriander masala, White vinegar, Black salt, Dried mango powder, Garam masala, Red chilli powder, Kasuri methi, Ginger-garlic paste, mustard oil.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep frozen. For best results cook from frozen. Lather the kebabs with oil. Cook on pan or grill on Medium heat for 15-20 mins. Separate the kebabs and turn them to char on all sides. Cook until juices run clear
