If you have never tried okra, you are missing out. It is a popular vegetable in India, but is somehow not as widely cooked with here. This dish is Soft cooked Okra in a spicy paste of Tomato and Masala.

Okra, Tomato, Garlic, Turmeric powder, Salt, Red chilli powder, Kasuri methi, Garam masala, Cumin.
Preparation and storage notes
Keep refrigerated for up-to 5 days. Reheat to hot in microwave, stovetop or oven. Goes well with Parathas and or flavoured rice.
