Sago (pearls) vada

If you haven't tried Sago before you are missing out. Made out of tapioca starch these pearls are a starchy equivalent of rice yet much healthier. This vada with its crunchy outside and soft inside and nutty flavours are a great treat during festive season.

Ingredients
Sago, Potato, Rice flour, Green chili, Ginger, Lemon juice, Peanut, Curry leaf.
Preparation and storage notes
To Crisp up the vada, put in an airfryer or oven at 180c for 2 to 3 mins. Microwaving them will only make them warm and not Crispy!
