Butter Chicken
A thick velvety sauce made with Australian macadamias and wild hibiscus flower. Free range chicken marinated in yogurt and turmeric is baked in the oven and then tossed through our signature butter sauce. Loaded with sweet potato, parsnip, carrots and peas. This is our number one selling family meal, adults, toddlers, teens and in-betweens love this dish.
