Preparation and storage notes

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Oven: Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Place meal in oven proof container, cover to avoid drying out and place in a 180oC preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until heated through evenly.
Microwave: Heat in Microwave for 4-5 minutes.
