Preparation and storage notes

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Oven: Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Place meal in oven proof container and cover with foil. Place in oven for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.
Microwave: Heat in Microwave for 4-5 minutes.
