Slow cooked beef in a rich spicy tomato sauce. Wrap in tortillas, with sour cream, avocado and jalepenos, or served on a base of warm fluffy rice

Ingredients
diced beef, tomato tinned, red capsicum, onion, plain flour, olive oil, red chilli, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, ground cumin, smoked paprika, garlic, chilli powder.
Preparation and storage notes
Can be reheated in microwave, oven or stovetop. Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days. Can be frozen. Serving suggestions: sour cream, pickled jalapeno, tortillas or steamed rice.
