This meal has a great depth of flavour ,a blend of spices and a touch of saffron works so well with the sweet apricots. It’s spicy but delicious Serve with cous cous or rice, Greek yoghurt to cool the heat, chopped fresh mint and pistachios if you have it.
Tomato soup is good anytime of the day. Lunch, dinner or afternoon tea. Roasted tomato, garlic and basil. Delicious and flavourful. A must to be eaten with fresh crusty bread
Rich warming spices and creamy rich coconut milk makes this curry a real treat. Served with Tuscan kale and slivered almonds
Pub classic, family favourite and pure simplicity. Nothing better than the chicken schnitzel. Great finished with a squeeze of lemon.
Silky hot pork mince parcels. Eating with your hands is a must. Lettuce cups supplied Serve with hoisin sauce
Fresh, crunchy and with addition of parmesan it will soon be your favourite slaw.
A beef version of shepherds pie. A family favourite. A rich ragu style with carrot, celery, onion and peas. Tomato base and a dash of worcestishire to lift its profile. Topped with creamy mashed potatoes and parmesan.
A wonderful display of all the mediterranean vegetables with addition of white beans. So good to mop up with crusty bread.

Breakfast on the go. Bircher muesli in a jar ready to go out the door. Organic oats, shredded coconut, apple, sultanas, dates and no added sugars. Doesn't get any better. As with all my pots and dishes please return the jars for reuse.
