Italian Lasagne with Bolognaise Ragu
A classic and well loved favorite! Layers of lasagne pasta sheets with slowly cooked bolognaise ragu, local Bream Creek Dairy béchamel and grated mozzarella on top.

Ingredients
Beef mince, Napoli, Milk, Cheese, Onion, Garlic, Red wine, Pasta sheets, Butter, Plain flour, Salt, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Oven: Pre heat @ 160 degree remove plastic lid and cover with foil. Heat for approximately 15-20 minutes or until center is hot. Microwave: Remove plastic lid, heat portion for 3-5 minutes or until center is hot.
