Our weekly curated menu opens each Friday at 4pm and closes Monday at 10pm with orders ready on Friday for pick up or delivery. Pick up from Wattlebanks Coastal Café & Providore at 1 Charles Street Orford between 3pm - 8pm or Wattlebanks Café & Providore at 27 Bridge Street Richmond between 4pm - 7.30pm. We deliver to Orford and Richmond and surrounding suburbs between 3pm - 5pm and the greater Hobart area between 4pm - 6pm on Fridays.
Starters
Enjoy the earthy flavours of the black beans and sweetness of the corn, top it with a dallop of sour cream and crunchy corn chips.... Definite warming hug in a bowl.
If you haven't tried this dip..... You need too!!! Spicy, silky, super cheesy delicousness. Best partnered with warm corn chips.... Drool.
Mashed avocado, mild chili. Topped with a chucky tomato salsa and olive oil. The perfect starter or snack.
Stone baked sourdough sub roll lathered with our house made confit garlic and herb butter.
Mains
Tender Mexican spiced chicken rolled up in flour tortillas with enchilada sauce and cheese.
This is definitley a consistent dish on our @ home menu. 4 hour Tender braised pork with our special Mexican spice blend. We'll include everything to make up the tacos. (tortillas, tomato salsa, avocado, lettuce, cheese and sour cream) all ready for you to create your own VERY quick and easy dinner.
THE BEST taco filling, Nacho topping or just as good served with rice or mashed potato, you decide...
A classic and well loved favorite! Layers of lasagne pasta sheets with slowly cooked bolognaise ragu, local Bream Creek Dairy béchamel and grated mozzarella on top.
Tasmanian lamb, slowly cooked with rosemary, thyme and bay and local red wine. Another absolutely perfect dish for these colder nights in. It could be used as a ragu in a pasta or lasagne. Make your owns souvlaki's or just heat for a quick and easy roast dinner the whole family would love. It would also pair perfectly with one of our delicious sides.
