Preparation and storage notes

Storage: Refrigerate sealed for up to 3 days. Freeze for up to 3 months in airtight containers. Reheating: Reheat thoroughly until steaming hot. Best reheated stove-top in a pan to retain crispness, cook for 5 minutes — In microwave-safe dish for 2 minutes, but expect softer texture.
