Starters
Our roasted tomato soup with a base of roasted tomatoes, onion, garlic and basil and a bit of cream.
These little crispy parcels are so yummy, chicken mince, flavoured with Thai sweet chili sauce and encased in a butter puff pastry. Perfect for lunch, finger food or just a quick snack.
Stone baked sourdough sub roll lathered with our house made confit garlic and herb butter.
Grazing Box - includes Tasmanian hard and soft cheeses, cured deli meats, fresh and dried fruit, quince paste, dip and a selection of crackers.

A classic and well loved favorite! Layers of lasagne pasta sheets with slowly cooked bolognaise ragu, local Bream Creek Dairy béchamel and grated mozzarella on top.
A winter favourite, Tasmanian lamb shanks braised in red wine with fresh rosemary, garlic, and tomatoes. This fantastic dish goes well with our mash potato sides option.
