Ingredients

Pork belly, Sweet chilli sauce, Fig Jam, Maple syrup, Extra virgin olive oil, Himalayan salt, Brown sugar, Paprika, Pepper

Preparation and storage notes

Keep Refrigerated Under 4 degrees.

Reheating Instructions:
MICROWAVE: Cut open the side of the bag. Microwave for 8-12 minutes or until hot. Let it sit for few seconds before completely removing tray from the bag.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 160C. Remove pork belly from the bag, transfer to an oven proof dish and cover with foil. Reheat inside the oven for 15-25 minutes or until hot. Remove the foil and put back in the oven uncovered for another 5 minutes or until desired crackle is achieved.
