House Made Kim Chi Pancakes with black vinegar dressing.
These pancakes are a gut-friendly hit that are made with my own fermented kim chi containing an immune boosting turmeric, ginger and chilli paste. They make a great meal with a fried egg on top or simply drizzle with the black vinegar dressing for an entree.
Ingredients
Kim Chi (Cabbage, chilli, fish sauce, ginger, fish sauce, garlic), Rice flour, Soy sauce (gluten free), fresh egg, Black vinegar dressing (black vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, rice wine,), Vegetable oil, Water, Spring onion, Toasted sesame seed, sesame oil.
Preparation and storage notes
For best results heat in oven on a metal tray or pan fry. Drizzle with dipping sauce at the table. They freeze well.
