Nut free Thai Satay Sauce
This homemade nut-free satay sauce you will ever taste. Made with a complex list of ingredients to a time-honoured Thai street food recipe use it to pour over barbecued meats, tofu, to toss through steamed vegetables and to stir fry. The nuts are replaced with toasted pepita, sunflowe, sesame seed r and coconut and the flavour will not disappoint. The sauce comes in a 250 g jar.

Coconut cream, Water, sunflower seed, Pepita seed, Lemongrass, Concentrated tamarind, shallots, Coconut flakes, Palm Sugar, Galangal, Garlic, Toasted sesame seed, Coriander seed, Cumin seeds, roasted and grounded, Kaffir lime, chilli powder, Coriander root and stem, Salt.
