FROZEN Cauliflower and Chickpea Curry
This butter chicken inspired recipe is rich with spices and coconut cream. Finished with lime juice and coriander, it's a crowd pleaser for sure.

Chickpeas, Cauliflower, Italian tin tomatoes, Coconut cream, Brown onion, Coriander, Lemon, Garlic, Tomato paste, Ginger, Fresh ginger, Kashmiri Chilli, Table salt, Caster sugar, Star anise, Garam masala, Cumin, Coriander ground, Cinnamon stick, Cumin ground, Cardamom pods, Ground turmeric, Cloves ground.
Preparation and storage notes
Defrost fully. Heat in a microwave container for 2-3 minutes or until hot throughout. Serve with your favourite rice and warm naan bread.
