This salad of ours has seen a few iterations over its time. This one features pine nuts, fried shallots and a maple lemon dressing.

Ingredients
Cauliflower, Chickpeas, Extra virgin olive oil, Pumpkin seed, Lemon juice, Currants, Kale, Maple syrup, Flat parsley, Mint, Pine nuts, Fried shallots, Dijon mustard, Salt - pyramid, Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Toss salad with dressing and serve in a bowl.
